My My Delilah!

CarmenCo’s new show, "My My Deiliah!" will be ready in Autumn 2026, and already has promoters queueing up to book it after the success of their “A Pocket Opera”

"My My Delilah!" is a  concert/play telling Delilah’s story from her point of view. She is such a famous character, but what do you actually know about her? Was she evil? Or is that just what history would like you to believe? How did her life come to be defined by a single decision? What did she really think of Samson? And why is she here now on stage playing a flute??

80% music and 20% spoken word, “My, my Delilah!” is at times deeply moving, at times irreverent and laugh-out-loud funny, but always beautifully performed by this award winning trio on flute/voice and two guitars.

As with A Pocket Opera, the three musicians perform entirely from memory, enabling them to act with each other, and to engage the audience members in the show, frequently walking amongst them and involving audience members in the dialogue. It's a brilliantly accessible and fun way to present classical music.

Repertoire:
